First Answer vs GetMint (2026): Brazil's Tracker or France's Agent?
First Answer (Brazil, USD monthly) and GetMint (France, euros on yearly billing) both pair AI tracking with a priority list and a small content allowance. Tier by tier, with Promptwatch as the benchmark.
First Answer is from Brazil. GetMint is from France. Both pitch themselves to brands outside the US market that most trackers are built around, and both sell the same habit. You track answers, the tool ranks what to fix, and a few AI-written pieces arrive each month.
They also share a ceiling. Each entry plan tracks two AI models.
So the question is where they differ past the entry tier, and whether either measures what happens after a mention. We benchmark both against Promptwatch, which does.
On prices: First Answer bills in USD, monthly. GetMint shows euros with the yearly toggle selected and doesn't print monthly rates. We haven't converted anything.

First Answer: strengths and limits
First Answer names its engines. Essential is ChatGPT and Gemini, with up to 3,100 responses and 10 competitors. Pro jumps to five models, which beats GetMint Growth's three. The pricing page lists that five-model set two ways, Grok on the plan card and Copilot in the FAQ, so confirm it. Enterprise goes to eight models with Claude and Google AI Mode, adds real-time monitoring and GEO strategy consulting.
It is the only one of the two that lists AI traffic and crawler logs. The listing is one line, though: no named bots, no crawl-to-citation path, no conversions. MCP integration is also listed. GetMint keeps its API on Enterprise.
The limits: one brand per self-serve plan, a card for the trial, and content that stops at two pieces a month on Pro.
GetMint: strengths and limits
GetMint wins on volume at the middle tier. Growth gives 300+ prompts against First Answer Pro's 100, six briefs and articles a month against two, and unlimited users. Starter's free trial needs no card.
It also covers commerce. GetMint tracks ChatGPT Shopping and Alexa for Shopping, and lists a Sources Explorer and content-gap analysis. The GEO agent ranks missing prompts, citation gaps, content fixes and technical issues. Enterprise and Agency adds a dedicated AI search strategist.
The limits: Starter is two models and one country. The homepage says ten engines, but the plan table caps you at 2 or 3 below Enterprise, and it doesn't say which two you get on Starter. No crawler-log product or conversion tracking is described, and CMS publishing targets are not named. GetMint's customer results, such as 71% share of voice for Fairmont, are the vendor's own figures. So is First Answer's 220.4% share-of-voice gain for Afya.
Head-to-head
Pick First Answer if you need more engines per brand at the mid tier, want MCP access without an Enterprise contract, or work mainly in Brazil and need Portuguese support. Its crawler-log line counts in its favor, even if it's thinly documented.
Pick GetMint if you need many prompts, more content each month, or shopping tracking, and you're a French or European brand that's fine with yearly billing. It is also the easier trial: no card.
Agencies have a harder time with both. First Answer caps each self-serve plan at one brand. GetMint's agency offer is its quoted Enterprise and Agency plan, so there's no published price to plan around.
Where Promptwatch fits
Promptwatch Essential is $95/mo, monthly, with a 7-day trial. Its 50 prompts run across all tracked LLMs, against two models on both rivals' entry plans. It includes 6,000 responses, 200K visitor events and 5 AEO articles a month.
The gap widens after the mention. Professional at $245/mo adds Agent Analytics: ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther and the Meta AI crawler, each tied to a crawl-to-citation path, plus error tracking. Visitor analytics records AI-referred sessions and conversions through a script or GTM template, which neither First Answer nor GetMint describes. Citation analytics drills into page, domain, Reddit and YouTube sources. Content Agents write the missing page and, once you approve it in the review inbox, publish it to Webflow or Framer.
If shopping is why GetMint made your list, Promptwatch tracks ChatGPT Shopping and adds Ads Radar for sponsored placements. For agencies, Kick-off at $199/mo has unlimited projects and prompts with ten seats.
Verdict
First Answer is the better pick for engine count and local support in Brazil. GetMint is the better pick for prompt volume, content output and shopping in Europe. Both stop at the mention.
Before signing either, run Promptwatch Essential for a week. You get every tracked LLM on the entry plan, and Professional adds the crawler and conversion data that turns a ranked to-do list into something you can verify.
