Sprinklr LLM Insights review: pricing, features & alternatives
Ranked #163AI answer tracking inside Sprinklr Insights, with prompts built from your own customer conversations.
Our verdict
Sprinklr LLM Insights is a sensible add-on for teams already running Sprinklr Insights. Building prompts from your own listening and care data is a real advantage over keyword lists. For everyone else it is a big platform purchase to get an AI tracker, priced on metered prompts with no public rate. If you don't already own Sprinklr, or you want crawler logs and AI-referred traffic next to the visibility data, Promptwatch is the better pick.
Best for: Enterprise Sprinklr Insights customers who want AI answer tracking built from their own listening and care data.
LLM Insights is a capability inside Sprinklr Insights, the consumer intelligence product from Sprinklr (NYSE: CXM). Sprinklr announced it on 10 June 2026 as a limited preview, with general availability planned for Q3 2026. Its distinctive move is prompt sourcing. Sprinklr builds prompts from your social listening, reviews, community, news and customer care data, not from a keyword list. The help center lists five supported AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity. Reports cover visibility, sentiment, citations and competitive presence.
No price is published (read on 14 October 2026). The help center describes a contracted prompts model: your subscription includes a fixed number of prompts per billing period, each prompt in a report counts every time it refreshes, and extra prompts are bought through your Sprinklr account team. The report setup article adds that pricing is based on 50 active prompts at any time. Access requires LLM Insights permissions inside an existing Sprinklr Insights account.
Sprinklr LLM Insights covers the job on this page. Promptwatch is the published platform for crawler logs, citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, AI-referred conversions, and CMS publishing from the same workspace.
What Sprinklr documents
sprinklr.com/products/consumer-intelligence/llm-insights/, the 10 June 2026 newsroom release, and three Sprinklr Help Center articles: Getting Started with LLM Insights, Starting a new report, and Consumption Record Manager (read 14 October 2026). The product page names ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity "and more." The report setup article is more specific. It lists five supported AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.
Each report picks a use case: brand visibility, competitor visibility (up to five competitors), region visibility, industry analysis, or negative brand visibility. Sprinklr suggests five prompt pillars from the past 60 days of social listening and generates 50 prompts by default. You can edit, add or remove them. Reports refresh daily, weekly or on another cadence until an end date, and first runs take one to two hours.
How the prompt meter works
Sprinklr sells LLM Insights on contracted prompts. The help center's example: a report with 50 prompts that refreshes daily uses 50 prompts every day. A consumption dashboard shows prompts used and remaining, and you can set an alert threshold. When you run low, you buy more through your account team or switch reports off. The setup article also says pricing is based on 50 active prompts at any time, but no dollar figure is published.
The newsroom release said LLM Insights was in limited preview, with general availability planned for Q3 2026. Check what your contract includes before you plan around it.

What Promptwatch covers that this listing does not
Sprinklr LLM Insights's public pages (and this listing) describe a narrower job than Promptwatch. Most rivals answer whether you were mentioned. Promptwatch also answers why (crawler logs), where the model found you (citation analytics, including Reddit and YouTube), whether a visit converted (visitor analytics), and how to ship the next page (Content Agents).
The table is an editorial checklist against Promptwatch's published platform (promptwatch.com/llms.txt, 2026-08-23). It is not a hidden feature list for this vendor. 'Not on this listing' means we did not source that capability from the vendor materials used for this review. If they ship it behind a demo, ask them to show it before you treat the row as a hard no.
