Promptwatch vs Azoma vs Evertune vs Brandlight 2026: The Enterprise CPG Shortlist
Evertune and Brandlight measure brand perception, Azoma works the Amazon and Walmart shelf, Promptwatch runs the owned site. How a CPG buyer should split the four.
Put a global consumer goods brand in a room with an AI search budget and these four names end up on the same slide. They should not be compared as if they do the same job. Evertune and Brandlight measure how AI models perceive a brand. Azoma measures whether retailer shopping agents recommend a specific SKU, then edits the listing. Promptwatch measures whether AI engines cite your own pages, whether their crawlers fetched those pages, and whether the visits converted.
The reason they get grouped is the buyer, not the product. Brandlight names Kimberly-Clark and Estée Lauder as customers. Azoma names L'Oréal, Unilever, Mars, Procter & Gamble, Colgate, Beiersdorf, and Reckitt. Our Evertune entry points it at consumer categories, financial services, and healthcare. Three of the four sell through a sales call with no public price list. Promptwatch is the one you can price from its website.

Ranking for this shortlist
- Promptwatch
- Azoma
- Evertune
- Brandlight
This is our directory order. Promptwatch leads because it is the only one of the four that covers the owned site end to end, from crawler hit to conversion to published page, and the only one with published prices.
Promptwatch: the owned-site layer
What it is for: AI visibility on your domain. Every paid plan tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, Copilot, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode, with MCP and REST API access.
How it acts. Agent Analytics ingests AI crawler logs from Cloudflare, CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN, or a custom HTTP feed, then maps crawls to citations and flags bot errors. Visitor analytics uses a script or GTM template to tie AI referrals to conversions. Citation analytics breaks down by page, domain, Reddit, YouTube, and offsite mentions, with trends over time. Drafts from the Content Agents land in a review inbox first; approved pages go out to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress.
The parts a CPG team will care about sit on Business at $579/mo: 5 projects, which maps neatly onto a small brand portfolio, Shopping Insights for ChatGPT Shopping, Ads Radar, and state and city tracking. Ads Radar records sponsored ads shown inside ChatGPT Search, AI Overviews, and AI Mode answers to your tracked prompts, with the advertiser, target URL, and triggering prompt. Enterprise is custom and adds SSO, audit logs, and a dedicated success manager.
Pricing: Explore free (10 prompts, ChatGPT only), Essential $95/mo, Professional $245/mo, Business $579/mo.
The honest gap: Promptwatch does not track Amazon's or Walmart's shopping agents. Ads Radar does not cover Perplexity.
Azoma: the retailer shelf
Azoma, legally Ecomtent Inc., calls its category Agentic Commerce Optimisation. It tracks Amazon Alexa for Shopping (renamed from Rufus on 13 May 2026), Amazon COSMO, Walmart Sparky, and Lazada LazzieChat, plus ChatGPT and ChatGPT Shopping, Gemini and AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, and Siri. Prompts come from a shopper "digital twin" built on marketplace data, public Q&A, keyword data, and personas. Visibility is reported at brand, category, and SKU level.
It acts on the catalogue. Product data syncs from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and PIM systems. Azoma fills attribute gaps, writes PDP copy against approved claims, and publishes into Seller Central, Vendor Central, Salsify, and Shopify. Answer Integrity flags inaccurate product claims in AI answers. Revenue attribution runs at SKU level.
Azoma-reported result: Mars saw +17.7% agentic shelf visibility and +68% year-on-year SKU revenue. That is the vendor's number, not ours.
Pricing is custom, with separate brand and agency plans. SOC 2 is in progress, not certified, per Azoma.
Evertune: perception research at sample scale
Evertune treats AI visibility as market research. Our entry records roughly 100 runs per prompt across 10+ models and over a million prompts per brand each month, which yields share of recommendation, attribute association, and sentiment with confidence intervals. It also tests what models know at the API level, separate from what the consumer apps answer. EverPanel adds conversation-panel data. Perception gaps can feed AI retargeting through The Trade Desk and Index Exchange.
Trade-offs on file: onboarding takes weeks, reports can take hours, BI exports are manual, and there are very few independent reviews. No crawler logs, no content tooling.
Pricing is not published. A Pro plan around $800/mo is reported but unconfirmed. Enterprise floors are cited near $3,000+/mo.
Brandlight: the multi-brand command center
Brandlight tracks mentions, sentiment, bias, and cited sources across the major engines, organised as a command center for many brands, regions, and languages. It has SOC 2 Type II, SSO, and role-based access. It raised a $30M Series A in February 2026 (about $36M total) and is using it to expand into AI ads and commerce tracking. Customers on file: Kimberly-Clark, LG, The Hartford, Estée Lauder. G2 shows 4.7/5 on about 19 reviews.
The pricing page has returned a 404. Estimates run from about $199/mo entry to $4,000 to $15,000/mo for enterprise scope. Its own docs put full productivity at 30 to 90 days. Revenue attribution was still listed as coming soon in early 2026, and G2 reviewers say it reports problems without fixing them.

The overlap specific to CPG: ads and commerce
This grouping has one thread no other four-way comparison on this site shares. All four are moving toward the moment a shopper sees a product inside an AI answer, and each reaches it from a different side.
Azoma is already there for retailer agents and ChatGPT Shopping. Promptwatch has ChatGPT Shopping and sponsored-ad capture shipped on Business. Brandlight is funding a move into AI ads and commerce tracking, so ask for a live demo rather than a roadmap slide. Evertune comes at it from media buying, pushing perception gaps into retargeting.
For a brand manager the practical test is simple. Ask each vendor to show, today, which competitor bought a sponsored placement against your top prompt last week. Only one of the four documents that view on a public plan.
Which one fits which buyer
- Brand site and content team, any category: Promptwatch. It is the only tool here that publishes pages and measures the conversions they drive.
- Marketplace or digital-shelf team with a large Amazon and Walmart catalogue: Azoma. Nothing else on this shortlist tracks Alexa for Shopping or Sparky.
- Insights team replacing a brand tracker: Evertune, if the budget and the wait are acceptable.
- Global marketing org that needs one governed view across many brands and a finished SOC 2 report: Brandlight, through procurement.
A large CPG group can justify two of these. Promptwatch plus Azoma is the pairing with the least overlap: one owns the domain, the other owns the retailer shelf.
Verdict
Evertune and Brandlight tell the board how AI sees the brand. Azoma fixes what retailer agents say about the SKU. Promptwatch is where the brand's own site gets measured and changed, with crawler logs, citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, AI-referred conversions, and a publishing loop, at prices you can read before a call.
