InSpace vs Promptwatch 2026

InSpace sells managed NOVA content on a 12-month term from $1,000 a month. Promptwatch measures AI visibility, logs AI crawlers, and publishes content from $579 a month on Business, billed monthly.

These two get compared because both promise to get a brand into AI answers and both publish content into your CMS. Underneath, they are built the opposite way round. InSpace is a content program first: NOVA writes and rewrites pages on a fixed quota, and monitoring is a feature of the package. Promptwatch is a measurement platform first: it tracks prompts, citations, crawlers, and AI-referred visits, and its Content Agent writes against the gaps that data exposes.

InSpace facts come from inspace.io (home, pricing and its toggle script, the NOVA FAQ, llms.txt, and service pages), read on 29 October 2026. Promptwatch facts come from promptwatch.com/llms.txt and llms-full.txt, last updated 28 October 2026.

The short answer

Promptwatch, for nearly every buyer. It costs less per month than any InSpace plan, does not require a year-long term, and shows you whether the content worked using data InSpace does not describe. InSpace wins on one point that matters to some stores: it publishes into a much longer list of CMS platforms.

Where InSpace is ahead

The CMS list is the clear one, and it is worth being fair about. If your store runs on Shopify or Magento, or your marketing site sits on HubSpot or Storyblok, InSpace can publish there and Promptwatch cannot. Promptwatch publishing covers WordPress, Webflow, and Framer, and Framer has no per-item publish, so going live redeploys the whole Framer site.

Hands-off volume is the other. Universe delivers 40 pages a month, with location landing pages and a dedicated content strategist, and a specialist reviews each page before it publishes. NOVA also rewrites existing pages rather than only adding new ones. For a team with zero writing capacity, that labor is the product.

Where Promptwatch is ahead

Measurement you can audit. InSpace says NOVA monitors visibility and citations in AI answers, but the only view it publishes is an example dashboard for a fictional brand showing six engines. Promptwatch documents its prompt panels, with prompt volumes, difficulty scores, and query fan-outs, and it is explicit about how it tracks each engine. ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot are monitored through their real interfaces. Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, and Mistral are tracked through their APIs.

Then the layers InSpace does not describe at all. Agent Analytics filters out spoofed user agents and logs real visits from GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and others, then shows a citation rate per page along the crawl-to-citation path. Visitor analytics records AI-referred traffic and conversions through a script, the GTM template, or the WordPress plugin. If a page is never crawled, you see it. If it is cited but nobody clicks, you see that too.

Independence matters as well. With InSpace, the vendor that writes your pages also reports on them. With Promptwatch, the Content Agent works from measured gaps, and the same crawler and visitor data can show when a page has not moved.

And the terms. Business is $579 a month with no annual requirement to start. The smallest InSpace plan is $1,000 a month for at least twelve months.

Which to pick

An ecommerce brand on Shopify with no writers. This is InSpace's best case, and even here we would start with Promptwatch Professional for a month to find out where the brand actually stands, then judge any content vendor against that baseline.

A B2B or SaaS company on WordPress or Webflow. Promptwatch Business. You get the Content Agent publishing on a calendar, plus the crawler logs and conversions to prove it worked, for less than Stratosphere costs per month.

A team that already writes well. Promptwatch Professional at $245, with the 7-day trial on monthly billing. You need the gaps and the evidence, not someone else's page quota.

An agency. Promptwatch agency plans start at $199 a month with unlimited projects and prompts and include crawler logs and visitor analytics. Note that agency plans do not include AEO articles or the Content Agent.

Verdict

InSpace sells pages. Promptwatch sells the answer to whether pages are working, and then writes the ones the data says you need. At a lower monthly price, with no twelve-month term to start, Promptwatch is the one to choose. See Promptwatch plans. Our full InSpace review explains why we would not sign InSpace at all.
