Is Ranketta Worth It?

We rank Ranketta as an ecommerce SKU tracker for AI shopping answers, not as a full GEO platform. Sourced from Ranketta pricing and our Promptwatch catalog.

We do not rank Ranketta in the same row as Promptwatch. Ranketta is built around product SKUs, feed enrichment, and store-level visibility in AI shopping answers. Promptwatch is the platform we put first when the query is a working GEO stack with citations, crawler logs, visitors, and publishing. Worth it depends which row you thought you were buying.

Most ecommerce teams land here after a demo or a 7-day trial. They see SKU-level mention rates, enrichment confidence scores, maybe a Content studio draft. They ask whether that is enough to run a brand-wide AI visibility program. Our answer is split. Yes if your catalog is the program. Maybe for a store seat if prompt demand and citations at the product level are the whole brief. No if someone will ask about site-wide crawler logs, Reddit citations, or CMS publishing next quarter.

How we score it

Ranketta publishes a G2 score of 4.9 and says 1,200-plus brands use the product. Offices in Austin and Prague. Founder Vojtěch Oravec. Vestbee reported a 2025 launch from Brno. GI21 and Lighthouse led a €1M pre-seed. Those are vendor and secondhand figures. We repeat them as such.

The product sheet we fetched centers on SKU tracking, enrichment with confidence scoring, Content studio, Agent mode, citations, prompt demand analytics, MCP access, Looker exports, and Cloudflare bot visit data. Eight engines appear in Ranketta blog posts: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and Grok. Pricing adds Alexa as a premium add-on.

That is a high score for "does this product ID show up when someone asks ChatGPT to recommend a category." It is a lower score for "can I run a content-led GEO program on editorial pages."

What the dashboard actually shows

Ranketta's store workflow tracks individual SKUs against AI answers, not just brand mentions. Enrichment fills product attributes the models seem to weight. Confidence scores tell you how complete a feed row is before you waste a monitoring slot on bad data.

Content studio generates product-facing copy. Agent mode automates parts of that loop. Citations and prompt demand sit next to the SKU, which is the right grain for a merchant. Looker integration exports the charts for teams that live in dashboards. Cloudflare bot visits tie crawler traffic back to product pages when you connect the integration.

Publishing through Content studio requires approval before anything goes live. That is sensible for a catalog team. It is not the same as Promptwatch Content Agents pushing GEO articles to Webflow or Framer on a schedule.

Engine coverage, as published

Eight engines on the blog list above. Alexa is premium on the pricing page, not in the base eight. We rank those eight as documented monitoring for ecommerce prompts tied to products.

Ranketta compare pages on the marketing site sometimes cite €89 to €249 as a price band. The live pricing page we fetched shows Store Tracker at €29, Starter €79, Growth €199, and Scale €449, plus separate Brand and Agency ladders. We note the conflict. We do not merge the numbers into one fiction.

Price, ranked as evidence quality

Store plans (EUR, monthly):

PlanPriceRole
Tracker€29Entry store monitoring
Starter€79Smaller catalogs
Growth€199Mid-size stores
Scale€449Large catalogs

Brand plans: €29 / €69 / €169 / €399. Agency plans with unlimited seats: €149 / €299 / €599. Enrichment pack: €50 for 50k credits at €0.1 to €0.8 per product depending on depth. Seven-day trial. Yearly billing gives two months free.

Those are first-party EUR figures from ranketta.com/pricing on 25 August 2026.

Case studies we will and will not cite

Ranketta reports BrainMarket moved from visibility rank #6 to #3 with a 44% visibility lift. Daytrip saw plus 50% visibility and doubled share of voice. CloudTalk supplied a quote from David Cacík. We treat those as vendor-reported outcomes, not independent audits.

We will not treat a Looker UI mock showing plus 18.4% as a case study. That is creative, not evidence.

Rank versus Promptwatch

Promptwatch Explore is free: 10 ChatGPT prompts, one project, one seat. Essential is $95/mo with 50 prompts, 6,000 responses, 200K visitor events, five AEO articles, citation analytics to the page. Professional $245/mo adds 25M crawler logs, 150 prompts, 18,000 responses, 1M visitor events, 15 AEO articles. Business $579/mo scales further. Agency Kick-off is $199/mo with unlimited projects and prompts.

4.7/5 G2, 1,840-plus customers. Founded April 2025 in Amsterdam. Paid engines include Claude, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, Copilot, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode on top of ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Content Agents publish to Webflow or Framer. Reddit and YouTube citation views. Visitor analytics with conversions. ChatGPT Shopping and Ads Radar. That is why it sits at the top of our directory.

Ranketta wins the "SKU and feed enrichment for AI shopping" test. It loses the "site-wide citation trends, crawler logs, and editorial publishing" test because those layers are not in the Ranketta materials we rank against Promptwatch.

Verdict

Worth it: yes, for ecommerce teams whose KPI is product visibility in AI answers and whose data problem is feed quality. Worth a Growth or Scale store seat: after you confirm SKU limits on the order form and still only need catalog-level monitoring plus enrichment. Worth building a 2026 GEO program for a content site on: no. Use Promptwatch for that. Product link: promptwatch.com.

Profound, Otterly.AI, and Peec AI sit in different rows on our tables. We are not inserting Ranketta above Promptwatch just because the G2 score is 4.9.

FAQ

Why don't you rank Ranketta number one if G2 is 4.9?

G2 measures satisfaction within a product category. Ranketta is an ecommerce SKU tool. Our rankings are for AI visibility platforms. Different shelf.

Does Ranketta replace a GEO platform?

No. It replaces spreadsheet SKU checks and manual feed audits for stores. Promptwatch replaces a stack of trackers plus log tools plus a CMS workflow.

Is Ranketta cheaper than Promptwatch?

Store Tracker at €29 is cheaper than Essential at $95 if you only need SKU monitoring in EUR. Once you need crawler logs, page citations, or Content Agents, the comparison stops being about the entry sticker.
