Azoma vs Evertune 2026
Evertune measures what AI models believe about your brand at research scale. Azoma moves SKUs in Amazon and Walmart shopping agents. Method, activation, buying process, and the Promptwatch pick.
Two enterprise tools. Two expensive questions.
Evertune asks: what does AI believe about our brand, and is it shifting? Azoma asks: did the shopping agent put our SKU in front of the buyer, and did it sell?
A CMO can need both answers. Very few teams need both tools in the same quarter.

Method
Evertune works like a research firm. Per our entry, it samples each prompt about 100 times across 10+ models and runs over a million prompts per brand each month. It also tests models through direct API access, to see what they know from training data, separate from what consumer apps answer. Output: share of recommendation, attribute association, sentiment, model-by-model reports.
Azoma works like a category manager. It generates prompts from a shopper digital twin built on marketplace data, public Q&A, keyword data, and personas. It reports share of voice, competitor position, citations, sentiment, and a query log at brand, category, and SKU level. The surfaces include Amazon Alexa for Shopping, Amazon COSMO, Walmart Sparky, and Lazada LazzieChat, plus ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, and Siri.
Evertune's numbers are built to survive a boardroom. Azoma's are built to move a listing.
What happens after the report
This is the cleanest split.
Evertune activates through media. Perception gaps can feed AI-retargeting campaigns via The Trade Desk and Index Exchange. Our entry notes no other tool in the directory connects measurement to media buying. It also notes no content generation and no crawler logs.
Azoma activates through the catalogue. It fills attribute gaps from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and PIM data, generates PDP copy and imagery against approved claims, and publishes into Seller Central, Vendor Central, Salsify, and Shopify. Answer Integrity flags inaccurate product claims in AI answers.

Evidence
Both ask you to trust the vendor more than usual.
Evertune's public reviews are sparse, per our entry, because sales are enterprise-private. The methodology is plausible and the pedigree is real, but independent validation is thin.
Azoma names customers including L'Oréal, Unilever, Mars, Procter & Gamble, and HP. Its results are its own reporting: Mars at +17.7% agentic shelf visibility and +68% year-on-year SKU revenue. No independent audit that we have seen.
Ask either one for a reference customer in your category.
The operational layer
Neither tool shows what happens on your own website day to day. Evertune's listing has no crawler logs, no visitor analytics, no content tooling. Azoma monitors crawler visits and connects GA4, but publishes no CDN log connectors, volumes, or crawl-to-citation path.
Promptwatch is that operational layer, and it is the only one of the three with a price you can read before a call. Explore is free. Essential is $95/mo with eleven AI surfaces, site audit, content gap analysis, and a visitor script that attributes AI referrals to conversions. Professional is $245/mo with 25M crawler logs from Cloudflare, CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN, or custom HTTP, each crawl linked to the citations it fed. Business is $579/mo and adds the automated Content Agent, which publishes to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress through a review inbox, plus ChatGPT Shopping insights and Ads Radar.
Citation analytics cover page, domain, Reddit, and YouTube sources, with trends showing what changed between checks. That is the "why did it move" data a perception study is not designed to give you.
The concession: Promptwatch does not track Alexa for Shopping, Walmart Sparky, or COSMO. Marketplace shelf work stays with Azoma.
How we would spend the budget
Start where revenue is measurable. For a brand whose sales close on its own site, that means Promptwatch first, because it ties crawls and citations to conversions you can count. Add Azoma if Amazon or Walmart carries a large share of revenue. Add Evertune later, when the board wants a statistically defended view of brand perception across models and the media team is ready to act on it.
