Our verdict
AI Location Presence Insights is a sensible add-on if you already pay Reputation for listings. It costs nothing extra and tells you, per location, whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity have your hours and address right. It is a diagnostic dashboard with three engines and a monthly refresh, not a full GEO program, and fixes happen on the source sites rather than in the tool. Teams that need more engines, AI crawler logs, AI-referred traffic and content publishing in a self-serve product should look at Promptwatch first.
Best for: Multi-location brands already on Reputation for listings that want to check, store by store, what AI engines say about their locations.
AI Location Presence Insights is a dashboard inside the Reputation platform, made by Reputation (San Ramon, California), the reviews, listings and surveys company for multi-location brands. For each location it shows listing accuracy (what AI engines think your address, phone and hours are), search mentions and mention rate, search visibility across queries, sentiment and topic sentiment. Reputation's support FAQ and May 2026 release notes name ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini and Perplexity as the covered engines. It is paired with AI Reputation Manager, a brand-level tool where you add up to 40 questions and read the summarized answers, citations and sentiment trend.
There is no standalone price. Reputation's support FAQ (read on 14 October 2026) calls AI Location Presence Insights and AI Reputation Manager enhancements to Business Listings, given as a no-cost upgrade to customers on Business Listings or RepCore bundles. The public pricing page lists Rep Core at $80 per location per month (reviews management plus business listings and SEO) and Rep Core + Pulse at $115 per location per month, the tier where AI Reputation Manager is named. Enterprise is custom for 125+ locations, and every tier goes through a sales call.

What Reputation documents

The press release launched three AI features together: Reputation IQ (plain-English questions over platform data), AI Reputation Manager and AI Location Presence Insights. The release notes say the last two moved from limited availability to general availability for Listing Profile customers.
In the dashboard you pick a location and get five widgets: Listing Accuracy, Search Mentions by AI, Sentiment by AI, Search Visibility by AI and Topic Sentiment by AI. Mention rate is the percentage of AI responses that mention the location when it is searched on a given engine. The guide warns the insights are AI-generated, may vary, and come from a model that can differ from the freely available versions. The FAQ adds that Reputation reaches the engines through enterprise APIs, which do not use your inputs for training.
Refresh, fixes and price
Location results refresh on the 1st of every month by default. AI Reputation Manager questions also refresh monthly, with a manual refresh allowed every 24 hours. When the dashboard finds a wrong detail, Fix Inaccurate Citations puts your Reputation profile next to what each engine says, and Check Citations opens the source site. The FAQ is explicit that you cannot fix the error inside the dashboard. You edit the source if you admin it, or contact whoever does.
Price is bundled. The FAQ calls both AI tools a no-cost upgrade for Business Listings or RepCore customers. The pricing page shows Rep Core at $80 per location per month and Rep Core + Pulse at $115, and it only names AI Reputation Manager under Pulse, so the two pages do not line up on which tier includes what. Get the tier confirmed in writing. Enterprise is custom from 125 locations.
