Enterprise AI Visibility Tools for SEO Teams and Enterprise LLM Visibility: Profound, BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify

Enterprise LLM visibility is not a $50K SEO suite checkbox. Profound, BrightEdge, Conductor, and Botify are the names. Promptwatch is the dedicated layer we rank.

Enterprise SEO teams asking for LLM visibility tools get four vendor names from procurement: Profound, BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify. Two are SEO platforms with an AI column. One is a GEO specialist with a cheap public Starter that is not the enterprise product. One is a crawl and log vendor that is not in this directory and does not score ChatGPT recommendations.

On our rankings, Promptwatch is the dedicated enterprise LLM visibility layer we send teams to when the job is prompt-level mentions and citations. Paid plans cover ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, Copilot, AI Overviews, and AI Mode, with citation analytics, crawler logs, and visitor analytics. Business is $579/mo. Custom pricing exists for SSO and white-label. Explore is free if someone needs a ChatGPT proof before a security review.

The four names, as this directory can source them

Profound is the GEO incumbent on enterprise slides. Starter is $99/mo billed annually, ChatGPT-only, 50 prompts. Growth is $399/mo annual, three engines. The LLM visibility people mean (up to 10 engines, Prompt Volumes, API, SSO) is Enterprise, sales-gated. G2 is 4.6. Reviewers have flagged citation counts that do not match manual ChatGPT checks. Plan for a dedicated owner and a 1 to 3 month setup if you buy the real SKU.

BrightEdge median contract is about $51K/yr on 12 to 36 month auto-renewing terms with escalators. Generative Parser and AI Hyper Cube are the research assets for Overviews at keyword-portfolio scale. Data Cube numbers often disagree with Search Console. Autopilot has at least one documented G2 case of automated changes breaking a build. Buy the data if you already live in BrightEdge. Do not open a new $51K contract just to get ChatGPT citations.

Conductor median is about $49K/yr (Vendr, 13 deals), with implementation often pushing year one to 1.5 to 2x. AI Search Performance tracks major engines inside the Intelligence module. Conductor's own G2 reviewers have said the AI visibility layer does not yet give enough depth to act confidently. You buy the editorial platform. GEO is a column.

Botify is not listed on this site. We do not have a public price to publish. Botify is a crawl, log, and technical SEO platform. It can tell you how bots fetch the site. It is not a ChatGPT recommendation tracker. If a consultant bundled Botify as "enterprise LLM visibility," they sold you logs, not answer-level share of voice.

Promptwatch is 4.7 on G2 with 1,840+ brands. Content Agents can publish to Webflow or Framer; most enterprise CMS programs will keep their own stack and use the log. Review: Promptwatch. Product: promptwatch.com.

How an enterprise SEO team should split the stack

Keep BrightEdge or Conductor if they already own workflow, governance, and the QBR template. Add a GEO platform for the prompt ledger those suites treat as a feature.

Keep Botify (or your current crawler) for indexation and log files. Pair it with Promptwatch Agent Analytics for ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther, and Meta. A Botify Googlebot story and an LLM crawl story are related, not identical.

Put Profound on the shortlist when Prompt Volumes and a 10-engine research program are the RFP. Get the Enterprise number. Do not let Starter at $99 annual satisfy a "Profound" requirement in writing.

Google's AI features docs and GSC generative AI reports stay on the Search half. They do not retire the ChatGPT log.

FAQ

Can we call BrightEdge or Conductor our LLM visibility tool?

You can call them your SEO platform with an AI module. For prompt-level ChatGPT and Perplexity citations, this directory ranks dedicated GEO tools higher. Their own review notes on depth are in the BrightEdge and Conductor pages.

Why isn't Botify on the rankings page?

We rank tools that store brand presence in generated answers. Botify's public product is crawl and log infrastructure. No listing, no price, no ChatGPT recommendation score.

Is Promptwatch cheaper because it is weaker?

Self-serve is cheaper because it is not a $50K suite. Business at $579/mo is still a dedicated monitor with crawler logs and citation analytics. Enterprise features (SSO, white-label) are custom. Profound Enterprise may still win a dataset bakeoff. That is a quote comparison, not a Starter comparison.

What to do this week

  1. Write down whether the brief is "suite checkbox" or "prompt-level LLM visibility." Those are different purchases.
  2. If BrightEdge or Conductor is already signed, list what the AI module actually exports. If it cannot show a stored ChatGPT answer, you still need a GEO tool.
  3. Trial Promptwatch Business or Professional on 50 money prompts. Include crawler logs.
  4. If Profound is mandatory in the RFP, ask which tier includes your engines. Reject Starter as the answer.
  5. Leave Botify in the crawl column. Score vendors on the rankings, not on who already has a master service agreement.
