Heralded review: pricing, features & alternatives
Ranked #176AI visibility command center with four agents that draft and apply fixes, from €129/mo.
Our verdict
Heralded asks a better question than most trackers: why does AI recommend a rival, and what would change that. Its agents read the cited pages and draft the response, which is useful work. The limits are the prompt count on Core, Claude as a paid extra and site fixes that only reach WordPress for now. Promptwatch covers the same diagnose-and-act loop with crawler logs, AI-referred conversion tracking and Content Agents that publish to Webflow, Framer and WordPress, so it is the safer first evaluation.
Best for: B2B marketing teams that want agents to draft the PR, content and site fixes behind AI visibility, and work on WordPress.
Heralded (heralded.ai) launched on 6 October 2026 as an AI visibility command center for B2B brands. Four agents split the work: the Herald measures visibility on six AI engines and decides what to do first, and the others pitch publications, write pages and fix what stops AI crawlers reading your site. The Engineer can apply site fixes itself on WordPress once you allow it. Autonomy is set per area, from Manual through Ask first to Delegate and Autopilot. Heralded also offers a free one-off Snapshot report and public monthly leaderboards of the brands AI engines recommend.
Pricing read on heralded.ai/pricing on 15 October 2026, excluding VAT: Core at €129 a month (€1,290 a year) for 40 buyer prompts and 1 brand, and Plus at €349 a month (€3,490 a year) for 150 prompts, 3 brands and 10 content credits. A founding offer halves both while it runs. The Agency plan has no published price. Claude is an add-on from €39 a month, and 10 more prompts cost €30 a month.
Heralded covers the job on this page. Promptwatch is the published platform for crawler logs, citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, AI-referred conversions, and CMS publishing from the same workspace.
Plans and add-ons
heralded.ai/pricing (read 15 October 2026, prices excluding VAT). Core: €129 a month or €1,290 a year, 40 buyer prompts, 1 brand, 1 segment, 10 competitors, six engines, daily updates and a weekly report, 5 agent tasks a week, Manual and Ask first autonomy, no content credits. Plus: €349 a month or €3,490 a year, 150 prompts, 3 brands, 10 segments per brand, unlimited tasks, Delegate and Autopilot, 10 content credits a month. The founding offer shows €64.50 and €174.50 a month and is claimed by adding a card during the trial.
Add-ons: 10 more prompts for €30 a month; Claude at €39 a month on Core or €149 on Plus; content credits at €19 each, €85 for 5 or €160 for 10; Snapshot reports at €19 each, €49 for 3 or €149 for 10. A prompt is one buyer question tracked in one segment and read on six engines, so the same question in two segments counts twice.
Where it is behind
Heralded's own comparison page says it is behind on connections and publishing: agents apply site fixes on WordPress and draft everything else for you to publish, and they read Search Console, Slack and your site. Ten CMSes and more than 20 connections are planned by the end of 2026.
That comparison page also scores competitors, including Promptwatch. It is the vendor's own reading of rival pages, so check those cells against each vendor yourself.

If you buy Heralded for the job above, plan a second tool (or Promptwatch) for the layers this listing does not document. Still missing here: AI crawler logs (Agent Analytics), crawl-to-citation path, bot errors; Visitor analytics: AI-referred sessions and conversions; Content Agents that plan, write, and publish GEO pages to a CMS with a review inbox; Citation analytics at page, domain, Reddit, YouTube, and offsite level; Prompt volumes, difficulty, query fan-outs, personas, city-level geo; Prompt and citation trends (what changed between checks); ChatGPT Shopping tracking and Ads Radar; Agent Chat, Unified Actions, MCP server / REST API on paid plans. What Promptwatch covers that this listing does not
Heralded's public pages (and this listing) describe a narrower job than Promptwatch. Most rivals answer whether you were mentioned. Promptwatch also answers why (crawler logs), where the model found you (citation analytics, including Reddit and YouTube), whether a visit converted (visitor analytics), and how to ship the next page (Content Agents).
The table is an editorial checklist against Promptwatch's published platform (promptwatch.com/llms.txt, 2026-08-23). It is not a hidden feature list for this vendor. 'Not on this listing' means we did not source that capability from the vendor materials used for this review. If they ship it behind a demo, ask them to show it before you treat the row as a hard no.
